The data obtained in relation to people requesting detoxification for cannabis in specialized treatment centres in the European context have shown a notable increase in recent years. With the aim of delving deeper into this reality, we have carried out an analysis from the perspective of Social Work, broadening those social, personal and contextual aspects that allow us to make a more in-depth reading of the phenomenon rather than just focusing on the purely quantitative aspects.
