Digitalization and virtualization of the «Servicio Comunitario» evaluation and intervention processes

Main objective:

Digitize and virtualize the evaluation and intervention processes of the Community Service program.

Summary:

In this second phase of the digitalization of the program, we finalize the process of digitizing the most sensitive tools for the evaluation of the effectiveness and impact of the program. In addition to strengthening and optimizing the digital tools of the whole “Community Service” program. The second phase is focused on finalizing the digitization processes. The objective of this phase is to reinforce the multicomponent nature of the program through the relationships and agreements established by transforming them into digital and virtual ones with the nightlife collective, the government team of the experimental city, the technical staff of the consistory, the social fabric and the professionals of the prevention of damages of the city. Among other aspects, we have designed a virtual training environment (virtual campus) to facilitate training in implementation in quality leisure of nightlife professionals and an informative digital environment of the program and we have improved the digitalization of the tools for the evaluation of the program. It is also essential of this phase of the program to reinforce the work with the new intervention city government team.
