  • To organise and dynamise participative technical spaces to share needs and design proposals for improvement.
  • To encourage debate in order to learn and reflect on the experiences of professionals and to generate shared knowledge.
  • To encourage reflection on the concepts and methodologies involved in the implementation of drug prevention plans.
  • Encourage communication and dissemination of prevention activities carried out by local authorities.

Summary:

Episteme Investigació Social is a space for the exchange of experiences between managers and technicians of local plans for the prevention of drugs and problematic drug use that are in the implementation or execution phase in the Barcelona area. The aim of this space is to promote joint reflection and improvement of the interventions and methodologies implemented at local level. It consists of six monthly working sessions. The sessions are based on the specific needs of each territory. The working methodology is group-based and participatory. Episteme also provides knowledge and practical responses to local needs.
