Summary:
The diagnostic evaluation of the phenomenon of the use of psychoactive substances (legal and illegal) is a difficult task to validate, as it is a very complex phenomenon that is often made invisible by the social actors themselves (illegality and stigmatisation). In order to get closer to this reality, there are direct indicators (surveys on the use of drugs in the population and in schools, etc.) and indirect indicators such as data on access (initiation of treatment, hospital emergencies, etc.) to specialised centres, which can help to get closer to the reality of the phenomenon.
In order to evaluate the structure of services at local level and to diagnose problems based on the answers given, we will use validated international guidelines that will provide us with very useful checklists to guide interventions.
