General objective:

To analyse and improve the social rights of people with drug addiction, especially hidden populations, through rigorous gender-perspective research that generates a methodological design, empirical evidence (through participant observation and interviews) and a final report with recommendations and best practices aimed at policies, protocols and social and health services.

Summary:

The Heracles study is divided into three phases (design and problematisation; fieldwork and analysis; writing and dissemination) and aims to analyse and improve the social rights of people with drug addiction. This will be achieved through a literature review, participant observation, interviews and data triangulation from a gender perspective. The findings will then be translated into a definitive methodological design and a final report containing recommendations and best practices for social and health services, as well as dissemination actions.
