The aim of the programme ‘Digitalisation of the evaluation and intervention of the Community Service programme’ was to provide the programme with a presence in the digital environment and to speed up evaluation and intervention thanks to digital tools. The digitalization of the program has made it possible to improve communication with the agents involved in the prevention of damage. It has improved efficiency and participation by avoiding travel and time incompatibilities between the professionals concerned.

It facilitates and democratizes information to all professionals, especially in the field of additions, users or nightlife professionals. Thanks to the digitalization of the program, we have an address and a virtual space that provides concise and orderly information about an environmental prevention program. Having the Instagram account has allowed us to communicate with the virtual community. Through the “Ads” tool, we have been able to program three ads that have allowed the program to gain visibility in the digital field. We value this resource positively for its potential as a tool to avoid trivializing damages and for its value as material for social research.
