Description:
The main objective of this report is to provide the population of Terrassa — including young people, adults, and all those involved in substance use and problematic screen use prevention and intervention tasks — with the tools, skills, and services needed to prevent and minimise addiction, reduce associated harm, and promote healthy use. To this end, the municipality’s diagnosis is presented, along with all the specific objectives and actions to be carried out.
