General objective:
The general objective is to develop and implement a comprehensive system for the external evaluation of addiction prevention programmes. This system will allow for the assessment of the programmes’ effectiveness and quality, the formulation of improvement recommendations, the strengthening of management and transparency within the involved entities, and the training of professionals to ensure the correct application and sustainability of improvements.
Summary:
Tékne is an addiction prevention programme evaluation system combining preparation and design (national entity selection and initial diagnosis), mixed evaluation (document review, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and customised tool and criterion development), and follow-up (implementation support, final evaluation, and dissemination). The programme includes training seminars and technical support to improve the effectiveness, management and transparency of prevention interventions.
