This phase represents the implementation of the pilot program “Community Service”. This pilot program integrates the components detected as effective for the prevention of harm associated with alcohol and other drugs, adapting it to the reality of Spain. We carried out a participatory diagnosis prior to the intervention with the social fabric of the area to be intervened and designed a validated survey aimed at nightlife users, designed a group interview with the city police and detected the key aspects to intervene in the selected area.
